Treehouse summary

If you're not afraid of heights and don't mind climbing a steep flight of stairs, the Tamarind House is perfect for you.

Perched on a very high yet sturdy tamarind tree, this cabin offers a bird's eye view of the grounds and beyond. From its terrace, the scene can be really quite stunning.

And since the Tamarind House is designed to be as every bit of authentic as a treehouse can be, in it you will really be able to feel what it's truly like to be living up in the trees.

So are you up for an adventure and want to rough it out just a little bit? Then book this cabin today! You definitely won't regret it.

Treehouse description

The Tamarind House, built by architect and owner Lee , is a treehouse in every sense of the word. Since it's high up, too, it is blissfully isolating and allows you to have privacy and solitude all throughout your stay.

And even if the cabin is quite rustic, it has basic amenities like a working toilet, showers with hot water, and room fans to keep you quite comfortable. In addition to that, it is quite close to where you can order food and ask for whatever it is you might need. Moreover, it is run by staff who are quite accommodating. You really don't have to worry about a thing while staying here -- everything's quite covered.

    so great

We arrived early in the morning (sleepertrain from Bangkok). They arranged the pick up from the station to the resort. Because it was so early they offered breakfast before even checking in. The whole place was well kept and the food delicious. The family and pets were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our stay!

    We felt so welcome

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by Pinn and the rest of the team. A very informative welcome book was shared with us immediately, whereby details of the amazing activities were provided. We were impressed by all the small details like the homemade souvenirs, a whole load of games and book (suitable for all ages), free bikes and fishing rods to borrow, firewood and marsh mellows for your own fire, all of which were used during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed. As we explored our surroundings, it was clear that we had found a lovely, hidden gem.. a natural pool to dip in, a little stream running through the resort, extremely friendly dogs and cats wandering around and finally a range of authentic tree houses dotted around! Ours was the Vine House, which was located towards the back of the resort. Running up the spiralling stair case, we felt like kids again! Our tree house was so well thought out with a lovely shower area, a cosy bedroom with little touches like paintings etc, a swing, fireplace outside, mini library and seating area. Absolutely perfect stay! We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be returning.
